is a painter whose art is mostly inspired by old houses, churches and towers which he has spotted during his travels in Italy, Spain, Estonia, China etc. He prefers to show his art in most unexpected places like in the catacombs of the Crypt Gallery in London, the old cable factory in Helsinki, the antique furnace in Deruta, the Glyptotheque in Tartu, the medieval castle tower in Paide, the Forsby-Köping limestone cableway or the open air museum of Mannaminne.

Selfportraits
Though ruthless when it comes to portraying himself, one can detect lots of self-mockery, gentleness and harmony behind the grotesque figure of the artist in the paintings.
Houses
Kenneth Engblom is a master of capturing the soul of houses, especially the old and ramshackle ones which he finds in Estonia but even in the North of Sweden and Sicily. This is a subject that seems to kick off his imagination the most and he returns to it constantly.
Gallery 3
This gallery includes paintings on various themes that are one of a kind and not often repeated.
Carnivals
Kenneth spent 25 years living on the island of Tenerife. This has inspired him to paint a series of artworks about the annual carnival on the Canary Islands. In this art gallery we find also masks from the well-known carnival in Venice.
Gaudí
Kenneth has been under the spell of the work of the famous catalan architect Gaudi for decades. Several visits to his hometown Barcelona have resulted in numerous artworks. Special mention should be made of the Casa Mila popularly known as "La Pedrera" (the stone quarry) Suite.
Churches
Churches are one of the favourite subjects. Whether in Italy, Estonia or Russia the artist always finds a church or cathedral that fascinates him.
China
Travels have been a big source of inspiration for the artist. When he visited China he was dazzled by the colours and shapes around him. The temples of the Forbidden City in Beijing were a constant theme after that.
Gallery 2
The artist doesn't usually paint animals. But after visiting the Swedish island of Gotland he couldn't resist the rugged charm of the local sheep and goats. In this gallery one can also find paintings on other themes like fish, flowers, people etc
Gallery 1
Kenneth Engblom was fascinated by the breathtaking spectacle of hundreds of colourful hot-air balloons in the skies of Warstein in Germany. This generated a group of paintings bearing the name of this largest hot-air balloon festival in Europe called Montgolfiade. The gallery also include...
